Can't run afb-binder on Local Builder
Added by Emmanuel Jubera [SAFT] over 2 years ago.
Updated over 2 years ago.
Description
When trying to run helloworld binding inside the Local Builder container with command "afb-binder --port=1234 --ldpaths=package --workdir=. --roothttp=../htdocs --verbose", command fails with reason:
afb-binder: symbol lookup error: afb-binder: undefined symbol: afb_api_rpc_add_client_weak
The same command works fine on openSUSE 15.3.
The command was working the day before though...
But when installing package afb-libafb-devel-4.0.3-29.AGL.rpdarz, afb-libafb-4.0.4-31.AGL.rpdarz.x86_64 got automatically downgraded to afb-libafb-4.0.3-29.AGL.rpdarz...
Could it be the reason ?

Yes, this is an effect of downgrading. Have you tried to install afb-libafb-devel-4.0.4-31.AGL.rpdarz instead of afb-libafb-devel-4.0.3-29.AGL.rpdarz?
Conversely, you can downgrade the binder to afb-binder-4.0.2-11.AGL.rpdarz.
I admit that the management of version of libraries is not as good as it should be. I have improved that behaviour for next versions.
