[SolidRun] dnf upgrade from default repositories fails

Description

When trying to launch a software upgrade of the SolidRun target system, command "dnf upgrade" failed because of a dependency:

[root@localhost ~]# dnf upgrade

 Problem 1: cannot install the best update candidate for package NetworkManager-wifi-1:1.26.0-9.el8_3.aarch64
  - nothing provides wireless-regdb needed by NetworkManager-wifi-1:1.34.0-0.1.rpdarz.aarch64
 Problem 2: problem with installed package NetworkManager-wifi-1:1.26.0-9.el8_3.aarch64
  - package NetworkManager-wifi-1:1.26.0-9.el8_3.aarch64 requires NetworkManager(aarch-64) = 1:1.26.0-9.el8_3, but none of the providers can be installed

(try to add '--allowerasing' to command line to replace conflicting packages or '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)
