In addition to the features canopen-binding currently includes we would like to add two new features:

1. Number of messages threshold: the configuration should allow the user to specify a maximum number of messages it accepts to receive over a given period of time in order to limit CPU consumption if needed. This threshold and period should be available on a per sensor basis.

2. We would like to have a tool, like the one we have for canbus-binding, that allows to automatically generate a configuration file from the DCF file. By default, all the sensors should allow read and subscribe actions (write permission would be added manually afterwards as very few sensors need to be written).
